Class Descriptions: Classroom is heated to 80 degrees unless otherwise noted.
Flow I - A Basics yoga flow class designed for beginners or students wanting to focus on form. You will learn the basic alignment and form.
Flow I/II - A Vinyasa-inspired flow yoga class that heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance and intention. This is a dynamic, challenging class that combines strength, flow and breath. All levels welcome. Flow II - The assumption of this yoga class is that you have a working knowledge of the modifications. In this yoga class we'll work into more difficult postures and spend more time in inversions.
PiYo - This class incorporates traditional yoga poses, pilates, and ballet with standing core, balance, and stability moves to sculpt and create a new body. While connecting your mind and body, the instructor provides you with a challenging workout, improving your balance, posture, stability, and strength.
Happy Hour Flow - Following the same format as our Flow I/II classes, Happy Hour Flow is an upbeat, energetic way to transition from week to weekend.
