At Tru classes, everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level, yoga or meditation experience.
Every body is unique, and our instructors & staff will offer guidance so you can explore your practice your way.
If you have questions or physical limitations, please let us know - we're here to make practice accessible to everyone.
Our classes range from 60 to 90 minutes in length, and are conducted in a room heated to 75 degrees
unless otherwise designated. Please see our class decriptions below and our calendar for specific class times.

A foundations yoga flow class designed
for beginners or students wanting to focus on specific poses. You will learn the basic alignment and form.
This Hatha-inspired class is slower paced, poses are held for longer, with attention to both alignment and breath. Chakras, anatomy and breathing techniques are explored, accompanied by music via the singing bowl or chimes. Open to all levels, including beginners.
A rich, fluid vinyasa-inspired practice by candlelight. This class is the perfect way to find relaxation at the end of a long week and rejuvenate your spirit for the next. All levels are welcomed and encouraged.
Open Vinyasa Flow
A healing and detoxifying class that exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on moving with the breath, balance and intention. This class will
warm the body, calm the mind and open the heart. Open to all levels, some yoga experienceis recommended.
Yoga & Mindfulness
Release stress to ambient music, candlelight, and one hour of guided
practice, meditation and breathing
exercises. You will be taken through a
full body relaxation, leaving you
refreshed on all levels in a nurturing environment that is wonderful for any
level of yoga and meditation practice.
Meditation & Mindfulness
Meditation can be done in a chair or seated on yoga blankets. Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day. Beginners to practicing meditators will benefit from this class.
This class consists of a beginning breath work and then progressing into guided mindfulness meditation, short break with discussion on bringing meditation into our daily lives and a second seated guided meditation from many traditions which may include: Mantra meditation, guided imagery, mindfulness etc.
A basic and foundational practice focusing on posture, breath, alignment and beginning flow. A safe and supportive environment for beginners and experienced students. This class meets you where you are whether just beginning yoga or working with an injury , modifications and alignments are taught in an inspiring and encouraging way leading you to a wonderful experience of yoga.
No previous experience needed. Typically taught in a 3-week series.
Lunch Hour Vinyasa
A mid-day yoga break that invigorates
your body and replenishes your mind!
Give yourself a little "me" time. This is
a one hour, mixed-style class. Open to all levels.
A bit of alignment and a bit more flow. We move and breathe, taking time to pause and feel; observe and adjust. Mindful movement is coupled with breath, and longer holds in poses are complimented with active alignment cues. This class is suitable for students newer to yoga as well as experienced students interested in a lower intensity flow.
Find appropriate edge, be still, and hold for time - these are the three tenants of yin yoga. This class targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. It is a mindful practice where postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes at a time. This type of meditative practice complements more muscularly strenuous (yang) styles of yoga or any other physical activities. Open to students of all levels.
Do you have an established yoga practice and desire more complex poses? Each class weaves asana with yoga philosophy, breathing exercises and meditation and relaxation practices. Emphasis is placed on accessing specific parts of the body, detailed pose breakdown and more complex asanas and progressions. Geared toward those who have prior experience with yoga, are willing and able to try advanced variations of all pose types and are interested in deepening their relationship with yoga through dedicated, purposeful practice.
This sweet, rejuvenating class uses props and the power of gravity to relax and pamper both your body and mind.
Heated Vinyasa Flow
A powerful and dynamic vinyasa-style
class practiced in a heated room
(85-90 degrees)— intended to purify
and cleanse both the mind and the body. This upbeat, continuous flow deepens the breath, and helps develop strength, increase endurance and challenges balance and flexibility. Open to all levels.
Heated Vinyasa w/Essential Oils
Incorporating aromatherapy into class
is a great way to maximize the physical
and mental benefits of yoga. This heated power vinyasa class uses invigorating, rejuvenating and relaxing essential oils that will help you deepen your practice. Class is heated to 85-90 degrees; oil use is optional.
