What are the ways you’ve come to know yourself? To map and make meaning of your unique experiences, to learn to say true yeses and noes to the fullness of your life?
In this 6-Workshop Series, we will weave ancient yoga teachings into a contemporary tapestry to map and make meaning of our bodies and embodied experiences. Each workshop will begin with a theme, a narrative thread to be tugged and teased through the practices of asana, pranayama, guided meditation, and writing to create a more spacious container of our whole self: from breath to pen, mat to page.
Explore how yoga + writing can complement and become an embodied practice.
Writing Your Practice - Single $40
Writing Your Practice - Series $200
Sign up for each workshop as a stand-alone offering or the entire series!
